Algebra problem is confusing! Please help!?

Jim gave Greg a 500 m advantage in a bike race. Jim also agreed to start 15 minutes after Greg. If Jim bikes at a pace of 17km/h and Greg bikes at a pace of 14km/h, how long will it take Jim (after he starts biking) to overtake Greg?
