Who are the new girls on Saturday Night Live?

I know that sense Amy Pohler left, SNL needs someone to replace her. And on the two new episodes (Neil Patrick Harris/Taylor Swift and Rosario Dawson/Fleet Foxes) there were two girls who I didn't recognize.
