Pulsating stabbing pains in armpit and ?

Everyone is saying pinched nerve. Sounds good, but the best answer will come from a neurologist. There could be a lot more going on than just a pinched nerve. I would get my GP or Primary care Dr to refer me to someone qualified only because it could be a number of different things. Hope it's better
