What is my best option for pain control, now that I have retroisthesis with degeneration at L1-L2,?

and foraminal stenosis bilaterally with effect to L1 nerve roots, There is mild stenosis at this level. Still with central c and left lateral recess narrowing around the left S1 nerve root at L5-S1 level. Ossification along posterior vertebral body at L4-L5 with c narrowing , but not significant stenosis. Foraminal narrowing without frank impingement on the left due to spurring and disc material at L5-S1 and endplate spurring at L4-L5. Should I have PT, steroid injection into spinal c, or revision of prior surgery with extension into thorasic area? Please help me.
