Help me understand jacuzzi bathtub?

I think you mean a bath tub with a jet pump?...it works when you push on and tub is full of water the heater is to keep the water at a desired temperature otherwise the tub would cool down as you were using it...the air regulator lets air bubbles into the jets for a mage effect....ozone is to sanitize water from bacteria,etc.
