If you want to be a responsible adult, simply stop doing what you are doing. Stop smoking, don't touch drugs, and make sure you are smart for the interview. Research the job you have applied for and go in there knowing something about it. And don't go out. Jobs are more important than a weekend bender with mates, especially when you need a job to fund it!
