How can I refine my hourgl figure?
I have (had) an hourgl figure but recently as I got a little older my waist grew in size unlike everything else.. So I no longer have the ten inch difference between waist and hip/ chest measurement. My question to you is -what kind of exercises/cleansing/dieting can I do to reduce fat and bloating around my waits and not lose my curves everywhere else? PLEASE Do Not suggest planks as I hear they build the waist up at the sides and square you off. Only suggest them if you have had personal experience with them making your waist line smaller not square. Thank you in advance!
