How safe are american women in egypt today?

my daughter 22 has been approached by a women wanting my daughter to be in her wedding in Egypt. She can be offered a job with the lady's husband to be for $5000 a month. This is an all inclusive trip to egypt and the wedding party of 6 will be traveling together. Supposedly, the groom makes some kind of computer chip. What dangers are present with this kind of proposition and is it even safe for anyone to visit Egypt while the crisis with Libya is taking place?
