How to deal with a blaster worm?

alright i need to know how to get rid of this thing. I've tried downloading thing like malwarebytes scans and stuff, but the scan doesnt even get to finish before the worm shuts down the computer. it is increibly annoying and frustrating and i just want it gone. if anyone has any quick and easy solutions it would be a great help. thanks
