Junior/ Senior Banquet Dress!!?

In a few weeks I have a Junior/Senior banquet at school. I need a dress. It's not as formal as Homecoming would be. I would like a dress I can wear again even for a casual occasion, something under $20, and something from stores like AE, Aero, Old Navy, Gap, etc. The color and style of dress doesn't matter as long as the dress isn't past my knees. If it helps i have brown hair, gray eyes, and I'm 5'3" and I'm a size 4. Waist- 26.5; Hips- 36; Bust-36D. Thanks everyone!!!
