What is this movie is this?

It's about four girls that grow up together and awaken this spirit. The movie starts out with a pregnant woman and her friends coming over to her house, then it switches over to a memory about one summer she had. This summer included getting a tree house, a girl falling in a gutter, a girls father moving away from home, and some other sad stuff in the girls lives. It also has Rosie O'Donnell in it.
