Spiritually speaking, what is a Poe?

Poes are people who make ridiculous arguments and claims, the way a fundamentalist Christian would. However, they do so very skillfully, convincing others that they are indeed a fundamentalist, when they are not. They do this because it is fun, and because it is difficult to find a statement so ridiculous that you couldn't find a fundamentalist espousing it.
