What are some differences between pneumonia and bronchitis?

This is really bugging me because i have had bronchitis many many times and this just does NOT seem the same. usually when I have bronchitis it starts out as something else and gradually leads to bronchitis, this time it hit very suddenly and i instantly had wheezing and coughing. Usually when I get bronchitis after i cough I can get rid of the wheezing, rattling in my chest. this time i am not coughing anything up and no matter how much i cough i still have this rattling/wheezing. Also usually with bronchitis it hurts really bad when i cough because my chest is so congested, with this, i cough and cough but my chest doesnt hurt. I hurt from coughing so much like i pulled a muscle and my head and shoulders hurt. Also my heartbeat is really really fast, like 110. Im thinking pneumonia but my doctor didnt seem to think so!
