Guys and girls please!!!?

I have this friend. Hes 27. He just moved out of his moms house and got in an apartment. He hasnt had a real relationship in 6years. Very seldom does he date and when he does he is the type to be someone else completely when he is around a girl even when his friends are present. He likes to hide his dating from his friends like its a secret, he always finds the smallest things wrong with girls and stops seeing them quickly. Says he doesnt want to commit ever because he wants to do his own thing with no tie downs to the point it seems hes degrading his friends who do have happy commited relationships.Says he will never let a women make him change at all, thinks all friends that do change because of a relationship are whipped. Very negitive about the whole situation, keep in mind his old relatonship was 6 years ago and yes he is over her. Anyone know someone like this? Whats his problem? Why wont he let any girls in his life? Will he ever be happy and not bitter about girls??
